Three ways to work with us.

Three co-managed tiers, and fixed-scope assessments agreed on a 15-minute call. Nothing here is a quote. It is a plain description of what you would be getting.

Advisory

Senior judgement on retainer, for teams that can do the hands-on work themselves.

Scoped to your environment

  • Monthly architecture and risk review
  • Written 12-month roadmap, kept current
  • Vendor quotes and renewals reviewed before you sign
  • A written scope for any project, on request

Best for
A capable internal IT person who needs a second opinion with authority behind it.

Co-Managed

We own the infrastructure. Your team keeps the desk.

Scoped to your environment

  • Everything in Advisory
  • Monitoring and patching across servers, endpoints and Microsoft 365
  • Backup verification and a quarterly restore test
  • Identity and access reviews, with changes made for you
  • Response targets from a named architect, written into the agreement

Best for
Companies of 25 to 200 people with one overloaded IT person, or an office manager holding it together.

Co-Managed, with projects

The Co-Managed tier plus a standing quarterly budget for the work that never gets scheduled.

Scoped to your environment

  • Everything in Co-Managed
  • A fixed block of project hours each quarter, used or rolled once
  • Migrations, upgrades and end-of-support work inside the plan
  • Quarterly planning session with your leadership

Best for
Companies with a known backlog: a VMware decision, a server past end of support, a cloud bill nobody owns.

What shapes the engagement

01Servers and virtual machines
Each one gets patched, monitored and included in the restore test.
02Sites and the network between them
More locations mean more identity, more hardware and more ways to lose a day.
03Compliance obligations
HIPAA, client audits and cyber-insurance questionnaires add evidence work every quarter.
04Whether you have an internal IT person
If you do, we take less of the desk and the plan is shaped around that.

What is never included

  • Day-to-day user requests and password resets
  • Desk-side help and hardware handling
  • Licence or hardware resale
  • Anything not written into the agreement

Assessments

Each assessment is a defined scope, agreed on the scope call before any access is granted. The deliverable is yours whether or not you hire us afterwards.

AssessmentDuration
VMware Exit AssessmentA 3-year cost model across renewal and migration paths, with a written recommendation.2 weeks
Cloud Cost AuditAn itemized waste report and savings plan.2 weeks
Microsoft 365 Tenant ReviewIdentity, licensing waste, conditional access, and email security findings.1 week
Backup & Recovery Readiness ReviewRestore-test results and an RTO/RPO gap report. We test the restore, not the backup.1 week
AI Readiness AssessmentA use-case shortlist with ROI estimates and data readiness findings.2 weeks

Contract, onboarding and leaving

What is the contract length?

Month to month after the thirty-day transition. If we are not earning our place, you should be able to leave without a fight, and the documentation we produce goes with you.

Do you resell licences or hardware?

We will tell you on the scope call. The advice on what to buy is never tied to what we earn from selling it.

Can we start with an assessment and decide later?

Yes, and most clients do. The assessment is a fixed-scope piece of work with its own written deliverable. Co-managed is a separate decision after you have read it.

Request a quote for your environment.

Tell us how many servers, how many sites, and whether you have anyone technical in-house. We will come back with a scoped proposal, or a reason we are not the right fit.
