The audit delivers the plan; execution is a separate, usually short, engagement, and much of the quick-win list is deliberately simple enough for your own team to run the same week.
How much will we save?
We do not promise a percentage before seeing the bill; that is a sales trick, not analysis. What we will do on the 15-minute scope call is tell you honestly whether the audit looks likely to pay for itself, and decline the engagement if it does not.
