How we work

Every engagement starts with a fixed-scope assessment and a written answer. Here is how that works, how we handle access, and what can follow.

How an assessment works

Four steps, a fixed fee, and a written answer you keep either way.

  1. 01

    15-minute scope call

Confirm the assessment fits your situation and agree the fixed fee. If it does not fit, we say so and nobody has spent anything.

  2. 02

    Access and kickoff

Read-only access, an export, or a short interview, depending on the assessment. We list exactly what we need before you commit.

  3. 03

    The work

One to three weeks depending on the assessment, with a mid-point check-in so nothing lands as a surprise.

  4. 04

    Written deliverable and walkthrough

A document your team keeps, presented live with time for questions. What happens next is your call.

Access and security

  • Read-only by default.
  • Least-privilege accounts.
  • Access removed at the end of the engagement.
  • NDA available on request.

What happens after

Scoped project

A fixed price, in writing, for carrying out what the assessment recommends.

Co-managed IT

If you want help carrying out the plan, we work alongside your internal team on a recurring basis: projects, escalations, and the infrastructure work your team doesn't have hours for. We supplement your IT team. We don't replace it.

IT Roadmap Sprint

Three weeks to a 12-month prioritized plan and budget model, built with your team.

What we don't do

  • No 24/7 help desk.
  • No offshore handoff.

You describe the problem. We tell you what fixing it takes, what it costs, and whether we are the right firm for it.
