Fixed-price assessments. Start small, know exactly what you’re buying.
Every assessment is a defined scope, a fixed fee agreed on a 15-minute scope call, a fixed timeline, and a written deliverable you own, whether or not you hire us for the work that follows.

How assessments work
- 0115-minute scope callConfirm the assessment fits your situation and agree the fixed fee. If it does not fit, we say so and nobody has spent anything.
- 02Access and kickoffRead-only access, an export, or a short interview, depending on the assessment. We list exactly what we need before you commit.
- 03The workOne to three weeks depending on the assessment, with a mid-point check-in so nothing lands as a surprise.
- 04Written deliverable and walkthroughA document your team keeps, presented live with time for questions. What happens next is your call.
The deliverable is yours no matter what follows. Hand it to your board, your internal team, or a competing vendor. We price assessments to be worth buying on their own, because an assessment that only makes sense as a sales funnel is not an assessment.
Not sure which assessment fits?
Describe the problem on a 15-minute scope call and we will point you at the right one, or tell you an assessment is not what you need.
