Built, shipped, and running

Real systems we designed and put into production. One is our own platform; the rest run client businesses every day. Clients stay anonymous by design, and every claim describes something that exists and runs today.

Property software with real accounting underneath

Most small-landlord tools treat bookkeeping as an afterthought, and it shows at tax time. We built OpenDoor PMS ledger first: double-entry accounting at the core, with leases, maintenance, and payments layered on top of it.

  • Double-entry ledger with owner statements and 1099 reporting
  • Lease, maintenance, and payment workflows tied straight to the books
  • In live beta today, running real portfolios

Lead intake that never loses a form fill

The brokerage was losing web leads to slow, manual follow-up. We built one intake pipeline behind every form they run: each inquiry becomes a CRM contact and deal with the right tags, a task lands in the queue, and the team hears about it the moment it happens.

  • Every public form routes through a single validated intake API
  • CRM contacts, deals, and follow-up tasks created automatically
  • Spam and bot submissions filtered before they reach an agent

A buyer funnel that fills its own CRM

Buyers wanted to start an offer online without creating yet another account. We built a three-step public funnel: live property lookup on the address, plain-English guidance through a Texas offer, and a submission that lands in the CRM ready for an agent to work.

  • Live property data pulled the moment a buyer enters an address
  • Tooltips and a glossary walk first-time buyers through each step
  • No logins or accounts, which also shrank the security surface

One portal to replace six disconnected tools

Deals lived in spreadsheets, tasks in one app, books in another. We built a single back-office portal: deal underwriting with the cap rate and cash-flow math built in, one task queue, and two-way sync with the CRM and accounting systems.

  • Deterministic underwriting: cap rate, cash-on-cash, DSCR, and flip math
  • Tasks mirror to the CRM, so one phone app shows the whole day
  • Syncs reconcile on a schedule and flag drift between systems

An infrastructure and database case study is in the works; the builds above lean toward application and platform work. In the meantime, the depth is on the service pages, and references are available on request.
