• Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Services without our express written permission.
• Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious or technologically harmful material.

All content on the Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of Netlink Technologies LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable United States and international intellectual property laws.

You may access and view the content for personal, non-commercial use only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used to create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Certain Services, including our SaaS platforms (such as OpenDoor PMS, DealDoor, CMA Engine, and Listing Copilot), may be subject to additional terms, agreements, or subscription conditions presented at the time of use. In the event of a conflict, those product-specific terms govern with respect to that product.

Any materials you submit through the Services — including contact form messages, career applications, resumes, and cover notes — are provided voluntarily. You represent that you have the right to submit such materials and that they are accurate. You grant Netlink a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use submitted materials solely for the purpose of responding to and evaluating your inquiry or application.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Netlink Technologies LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, to us, or to third parties, or for any other reason in our sole discretion.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
