Common questions
Who from our side needs to participate?
Leadership and IT, about six hours total across three weeks: interviews in week one, a prioritization working session in week two, and the presentation in week three. The roadmap is built with your team, which is why they execute it afterward.
How is this different from our MSP’s quarterly review?
An MSP review usually comes from the vendor that renews the contracts. This sprint is built from findings, and the roadmap is yours.
What if leadership disagrees with the priorities?
Good; the working session exists for that argument. Every priority carries its evidence and its cost of inaction, and the budget model has adjustable assumptions.
