Do you handle the physical Wi-Fi site survey yourselves?
Yes, for Dallas-Fort Worth locations. Remote sites are handled through a documented survey process we walk your team through.
Is this a one-time project or ongoing?
Both exist. Network refreshes are typically project work; ongoing network ownership is part of our Co-Managed IT service.
